1. Nature of the Mentoring Relationship

The mentoring services provided by Spiritin (operated by Andrej Raider, “Spiritin”, “ComCraft OÜ”, “we”, or “us”) are intended to support Reiki practitioners in deepening their personal and professional practice. These services are based entirely on the mentor’s personal experience and practical knowledge.

Mentoring is not therapy, healthcare, or legal consulting. It is designed to provide general guidance and orientation based on lived practice, and not on licensed professional qualifications.

2. Personal Responsibility and Use of Information

By participating in these mentoring sessions, you understand and agree that:

  • All advice is for informational and educational purposes only

  • Results vary depending on individual effort and circumstances; no outcomes are guaranteed

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, business activities, and personal well-being

  • You will not interpret any mentoring advice as medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

If you need specific advice in any of those areas, you must consult a licensed professional.

3. Professional Practice and Legal Compliance

Mentoring may include general suggestions on how to offer Reiki professionally. However:

  • Spiritin does not provide legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice

  • It is your full and sole responsibility to verify all local laws, regulations, insurance requirements, and professional standards that may apply to your Reiki practice

4. Payment and Access Policy

Mentoring services may be purchased via one-time full payment or through a 6-month installment plan. Access to the program begins with the first successful payment.

The mentoring fee covers access to:

  • Live mentoring sessions

  • Supporting materials, resources, and community components (where applicable)

Attendance at live sessions is entirely at your discretion. No rescheduling or replacement is offered for missed sessions, and no refunds will be issued for non-participation.

Payment secures access—not guaranteed use. Regardless of your level of engagement, the full fee remains due as agreed.

If a payment plan is selected, you are contractually obligated to complete all remaining installments in full and on time.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, court order, or legal obligation).

6. Non-Emergency Clause

Mentoring services are not appropriate for individuals in crisis or experiencing acute emotional, psychological, or physical distress.
If you are in an emergency or in need of urgent support, please seek help from a licensed mental health or medical professional or contact emergency services in your area.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, and resources provided through the mentoring services are the intellectual property of Spiritin and may not be copied, shared, repurposed, or distributed without written permission.
