All advice is for informational and educational purposes only
Results vary depending on individual effort and circumstances; no outcomes are guaranteed

1. Nature of the Retreat Services
The Reiki retreats offered by Spiritin (operated by Andrej Raider, "Spiritin", "ComCraft OÜ", "we" or "us") are designed to provide an immersive educational and experiential environment for individuals seeking to deepen their personal and spiritual practice. These retreats consist of seminars, group activities, and shared practice. They are based on the instructor’s lived experience and practice of Traditional Reiki.
Participation in a retreat does not constitute medical treatment, psychological counseling, or professional therapy. No medical or health claims are made or implied. All participants join voluntarily and are solely responsible for their wellbeing throughout the retreat.
2. Responsibility and Liability
By registering for a Spiritin retreat, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your physical and emotional health, safety, and personal belongings during travel and throughout the retreat.
Spiritin does not provide or manage accommodation, meals, or transportation, unless explicitly stated otherwise. These are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Spiritin accepts no liability for injury, illness, lost or stolen items, travel delays, force majeure events, or disruptions that occur before, during, or after the retreat.
You are advised to arrange appropriate travel and health insurance prior to your participation.
Participation in group activities and practice is voluntary. You may refrain from any part of the program at your discretion.
3. Payment Terms
The seminar fee for each retreat is payable in full upon registration unless otherwise stated on the respective retreat sales page. Payments are processed through third-party platforms included but not limited to Stripe and hosted via external sales pages (e.g., GoHighLevel). The retreat reservation is confirmed only after successful payment has been received.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each retreat may have specific refund and cancellation conditions, which are displayed on the individual sales page. These conditions form a binding part of the agreement at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise specified:
Cancellations made by the participant are non-refundable.
Retreats canceled by Spiritin due to unforeseen circumstances will be refunded in full, excluding any participant costs related to travel, accommodation, or third-party bookings.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, missed sessions, or unused services.

You accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual experience during the retreat and release Spiritin / ComCraft OÜ from any liability related to your participation.
